Who we are

Strategy is personal. Delivery is a team sport.

Cardboard Creative is the operating company. The thinking, the strategy, the hard questions about what your brand actually is. That happens with Kev, directly, because that kind of work is personal and it should be.

Then it comes here. We're the studio that takes the strategy and runs with it: managing the brand day to day, briefing the right people, making sure every website, every bit of content, every campaign lines up with what was decided. You get one team accountable for the whole thing, instead of a folder of documents and a list of suppliers to chase.

How it works

Strategy

It starts with a workshop, led by Kev. We dig into how your business actually works and come out the other side with a documented brand direction you own outright. That document is yours whatever happens next. It's also the brief for everything that follows.

Step 02

Brand management and coordination

We become the home for your brand. Keeping the work on-strategy, coordinating the people who deliver it, running the always-on stuff so it doesn't sit on your plate. This is the bit that stops things drifting.

Step 03

The projects

Websites, content, campaigns, the bigger pieces. Each one scoped and quoted up front, briefed straight from the strategy, delivered through people we trust. No surprises on the invoice, no translation lost along the way.

Red Lotus Events

A London arts and culture organisation with real momentum and a brand that hadn't caught up. We built the full strategic foundation: who they are, what they stand for, how everything they make should sound and feel. The kind of thing their team, their partners, and their volunteers can all work from without anyone having to be in the room.

Patient Growth (Wembley Park)

A GP practice that needed to grow its patient roll. Strategy first, then the right presence built around it. The roll went from 15,000 to 28,000 over eighteen months. Numbers like that are why we lead with strategy and not with tactics.
